Start for business and production of building materials in rural areas

In Kaztalovskom district, one of the most remote areas of West Kazakhstan region, construction was carried out only with the use of imported building materials.

Earlier this year, an individual entrepreneur Abzal Kabylkhair by reading a business directory “100 projects for small businesses” at the district branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs got an idea to create a company for the production of building materials. He decided to start with the production of foam concrete blocks. Director of the branch of the Chamber Amanzhol Nigmetov and consultants of the Business Support Centre have helped the budiing businessman with preparation of documents for a loan under the program “Start-Up” under the Uniform program of support and business development "Business Road Map 2020". He got a loan in the amount of 7 million 764 thousand tenge, the budding entrepreneur has purchased equipment in Russia, installed it and started his production. Thus, he gave a start, not only to own business, but also to production of building materials in Kaztalov district.

"To start own business is my old dream. She was able to fulfill it thanks to the support and assistance of the state and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs", - said Abzal Kabylkhair.

"We always advocate the idea of "100 projects for small business" among the population of the district. But starting a business is a risky affair, not everyone can do it. Abzal Kabylkhair immediately seized the idea of opening the production of foam concrete blocks, as there are no facilities of the kind in the area. Now the entrepreneur produces concrete blocks for the regional center and rural districts", - said the director of the regional branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs to palata.kz.
